Goods purchased from this website are normally despatched within 24hrs of online payment and are sent by Royal Mail - first class post.

Our Returns Policy
If goods are damaged in transit or are found to be faulty, we will be happy to replace them if you contact us within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
We endeavour to provide a professional, fair and efficient service to all of our customers, but if for any reason you are unhappy with our products or services, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.

Information for Overseas Buyers
If you would like to purchases goods from outside of the U.K, please contact us with your details including a return e-mail address so that we may work out the additional postage costs and send you a quote via e-mail for the product plus shipping to your country.

We will require your name, your full billing address (also used as your delivery address), your currency and your return e-mail address.
